3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
StrikePoint Marketing sends SMS and MMS messages on behalf of our contractor clients to consumers who have explicitly opted in to receive communications.
Message Types

- Promotional offers for home services from the contractor partner
Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service engagement. You may receive messages in response to inquiries, around scheduled appointments, or for periodic promotional offers.
Carrier Charges
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. StrikePoint Marketing is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-subscribe.
